By creating an account or using Sattva (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Sattva is an AI-assisted website builder: you describe a site, the Service generates pages and content, and you can edit, export, and publish the result. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content and sites

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the websites you build. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. Exported projects are yours to host anywhere.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to send spam; or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

6. AI-generated content

Generated text, layouts, and imagery are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or require review. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including legal pages generated for your own sites.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sattva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
